Michelle Diederich, B.S., PCC, is a professional coach with over 17 years of experience supporting people through burnout, life transitions, chronic illness, workplace stress, emotional overwhelm, and executive function challenges. At Your Pace Of Grace, her coaching is grounded in compassion, clear observation, and respect for the patterns people develop to keep going. Clients are met with steadiness, curiosity, and practical support, not pressure or shame.
