How it works:
Once you sign up to a group training session, you'll receive an email with all the details. You can log in to the online course at any time. You might like to get a head start and check it out before the group session. Your course access does not expire.
On the day of your training, all you need is yourself, a notebook and pen and a positive attitude! Be ready to meet new people, and learn all you need to know about making improvements in your life.
