I live in the Pacific Northwest, where the rhythm of rain and the quiet resilience of the forest remind me that real growth takes time. It cannot be rushed or automated. It has to be lived.
I share this life with my husband of over two decades, our daughter, our yellow lab Gideon, and four opinionated cats who keep things honest.
For nearly twenty years, I have supported leaders, professionals, and caregivers navigating chronic illness, burnout, and major life transitions. Together, we build practical strategies, clear boundaries, and sustainable ways forward.
Living as a “zebra” with EDS and MCAS, and as a neurodivergent woman, has reshaped how I understand resilience. It is not about pushing harder. It is about listening closely and adapting wisely. Pacing allows me to return to my nervous system and stay grounded in what is real.
I also share reflections and insights through my writing on Medium and Substack, where I explore the lived experience of growth, healing, and being human in a complex world.
Outside of my practice, you will often find me fencing or exploring creative worlds as Moon Grace.
The people who find their way to me are thoughtful, capable, and quietly exhausted. They are ready for something more sustainable.
If that feels familiar, you are in the right place.
