About Me

I live in the Pacific Northwest, where the rhythm of rain and the quiet resilience of the forest are daily reminders that real growth takes time. It can’t be rushed or automated. It has to be lived.

I share this life with my husband of more than two decades, our incredible daughter, our yellow lab Gideon, and four opinionated cats who keep things lively and honest.

For nearly twenty years, I’ve supported leaders, professionals, and caregivers navigating chronic illness, neurodivergence burnout, and major life transitions. Together we create practical strategies, clearer boundaries, and sustainable ways forward.

Living as a “zebra” with EDS and MCAS, and navigating life as a neurodivergent woman, has taught me that resilience isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about listening closely and adapting wisely. Pacing is how I can come home to my nervous system and stay authentic.

When I step away from my practice, you’ll often find me fencing or exploring creative worlds as "Moon Grace".

The people who find their way to me are thoughtful, capable, and quietly exhausted — ready for something more sustainable.
If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
